Lots of white space on mobile sites homepage when scrolling right?

Hi All

There is lots of white space on mobile sites homepage when scrolling right? Not sure whats changed as it wasnt doing this before. Only seems an to be an issue on homepage of mobile version site.

I think it might be linked to the Service section image carousel or maybe the cookie script banner or Intercom live chat icon?
