Looking for section transition help

Hey guys,
So I’m pretty new to Webflow and web design for that matter so I am not quite sure how to achieve what I am going for, so I was hoping I could get some advice.

I want my pages to transition between each other when scrolled a single time. I want to be able to scroll within the sections with content contained within. Each section size is set to 100VH, so when you reach the bottom of the section (even if there is not enough content to warrant an interior scroll) and you scroll again you transition to the next section.
I have watched this video: Creating a background scroll interaction with Interactions 2.0 - YouTube (https://www.helloheco.com/) to figure out how to do something like it, but the transition between each page occurs quickly between its backgrounds, but the foreground elements slowly scroll through from off page like any normal site. How I imagine it is hard transitions, as though you were flipping between pages (but instead made with sections), but operated by scrolling. Is this possible and if so what do I need to do?

You cannot control the scrolling of the mouse for a user (hijacking the mouse/taking over the mouse), by designating their scroll natively in WF. But you can with custom code.

Are trying to stop at each section that’s 100 vh? Do you have a scrolling example to share?
