Logo colour change on scroll

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to create a ‘logo colour change on scroll’ effect I saw on this site: https://www.helloheco.com/

I really like how the logo changes colour depending on the colour of the background. I know he created the website on Webflow, but I guess he’s used code as I cannot find it in his interactions.

Does anybody know how to do this? Code or no code?
