Link to section of another page

Hello everyone i am trying to link some icons from the home page to a section of another page
how can i do that . three icons to three different sections

example …from home page click an icon the it takes me to a section of a different page let say a section in about page (not same page different page)

On the other section, add an ID for the section.

Put the icon in a link, select the ID as the link.
