Link hero image button to a tab on the same page

Hi guys,

I have a button on my hero image which needs to link to one of the tabs on the same page.

In the read only link below, when I click on ‘Hero Button’, I want it to open ‘Tab 3’

Can someone help me figure this out? Thank you!!
