Link Block won’t work

I created a link block with an image inside of the link block. I went and got my Facebook and Instagram url and pasted it in and it wouldn’t work. So I thought I had the wrong url so I tried just using a page but anything that I put doesn’t work. Anytime I click it, it doesn’t take me to anything. Please help this is the last thing I need to finish my site.
