Lightbox video how to insert image for video

I’m new to Webflow so this is probably a dumb question but I’m having trouble. I can make a lightbox with images and they work fine. I make a lightbox with videos and I do not get an image for my videos so when the lightbox opens I do not get any images to click on to play the videos. I’m adding the videos from Vimeo. I’m using windows .
My project contains multiple training videos in different sections. Is there a better way to do this.
