Issues with forms

hi,

i’m having two issues with forms on my website:

  • the newsletter form (at the bottom of each page) does not work.
    i tried many things but can’t figure it out.

  • the contact form (contact page) does not send the message to the email adress in the “forms” settings.

also i’m quite a beginner and i surely made a stupid mistake.
please help?

Hey Gilberto,

The read-only link doesn’t allow us to see your published working form and test it. It also doesn’t show your site’s settings. But here are a few things to check;

For the main form;

  • Are you getting submitted forms results in your submit history, or not?
  • Is the email address that notifications get sent to correct?
  • Is your recaptcha setting on or off?

For the newsletter form;

I’m guessing that’s Mailchimp you’re trying to send to?
You’ll need to double-check your form construction to make sure it has the hidden fields Mailchimp needs to accept that submission. There are guides here on that, do some searching and re-check your form design to make sure it’s right.
