Here I show you how I removed a lot of spacing properties you’ve added (alt + click on blue things) then use flexbox to center the button text, then flexbox again to align the items in the parent bloc.

You should then be closer to your design.
Refrain from positionning your items using margins and paddings. There is always a simpler, cleaner way. Take some time to learn Flaxbox, it’s really useful.
