Is this a bug with Section?

Hello,

I have a problem, i have created a new page in Pages and just copy paste the nav, everything ok,
but when i put a section, i see the section go behind the nav not below the nav…

With line blue its the section.

(EDIT: I have a fixed Navigation with 100% width, because i see when nav its not fixed the section go below and works good)

Fixed the problem, i see the tutorial and because need to add in Body a padding top, please close this thread.
