Hey Paul, if you mean to put a collection inside of a dropdown, you do exactly that.
Place the collection list inside of your dropdown and then place and link the menu items inside of it.
If you mean to link an individual menu item to a specific collection page, use the external URL setting, and enter the rooted relative path, e.g.
/services/window-washing
