I want to build a web-based application, that allows the user to tell and record a story, and have that audio file saved in the app. So it can be sent to be transcribed by a third party company.
I am not a programmer, I want to find out how feasible doing something like this and how and what I will need to do this.

you could do it quite easily by using third party tool to manage the audio recording part and webflow to build the page. I created a guide on how to do this for video recordings (video testimonials), but you can do it also for audio since the platform I used supports audio recordings as well
