Interactions not working on older iphones

Interactions are not working on older iphones, like iphone 6 and 5. E.g. simple hide/show animation

Thanks for reaching out about your interactions not working on older phones, and we’re here to help as best we can.

This may be due to the phone model being too old.

Advanced css animation support was only introduced in iOS 8 and higher so the device should be running iOS8. iOS 7.1 may also work

Also simple interactions like unfolding a nav menu or accordions? Is there any workaround?
