Interactions inside components not working on Home page

Hello everybody!

I have question- why inside Home page component interactions are not working? For example navbar buttons. Also “Details” buttons in Projects section. Same componenets on other pages are working well.

I guess I did if components and interactions are working on the other pages. Only one page (Home) buttons are not working.
