Interaction does not show when published

Hi, I have a modal with a contact form that should display on button press. It works in preview, but am not sure why it does not show at all after publishing. I tried removing the initial state step in the interaction, (since it is default hidden), and while preview still works, published does not. have tried this so many different ways but can’t figure it out. Can somebody please help? It’s just a basic show/hide modal, would not think this should be so hard.

Update on this. It works in Safari on Mac, and works in Chrome or Safari on my iphone. It does not work in Chrome on my Mac, though I have tried clearing cache, Incognito, etc. Thats really odd. Can somebody with Chrome on Mac confirm if it works for you?
