Insert line connections between section titles

Hi everybody! My first post here, I’m trying to achieve something like this on Webflow:

Which elements should I be using to create these lines connect the sections titles? I’m thinking about doing it manually placing a background image, but I’m worried how it will look like on a different screen size.
