Insert a variable in HTML script that changes based on a CMS field?

Is there a way to insert fields from the CMS into a custom html embed?

I attached two screens showing what I mean. I would love to create a field in the CMS where I can just paste the different links to the different podcasts and then the page would just automatically show the correct player.
