Image/Graphics turn black and white on smaller break points

The image, buttons and other graphics default to black and white on smaller break points for this site, and I couldn’t edit them. Any idea? Thanks.

Oh, that’s a great question. Caught me off guard to see it change on smaller break points.

I found that one of the Container elements had a grayscale filter added to it. You can view this filter, and it’s location in the following video:
