I’m trying to re-create what is done at the 20min mark here (- YouTube) - a nav-bar that only appears when the user scrolls - but I simply can’t make that work, even after following the exact same steps.

Hey guy. It’s functioning properly (needs some tweaking), but the one thing you need to do is change the positioning on your article-fixed-nav element to Fixed, and make the width 100%.
I believe that is the effect you’re looking for.
I think what you are trying to create is an animation feature. Here are some guides on how you can create different animations in Webflow.
