I created my website three weeks ago and did everything I think I had to do. The main problem is that if I search for my website’s title, I can’t find it anywhere. I can only find it by searching for my domain, which is adnperfect.com.

Luka if you’re talking about Google search, everything from here is SEO.
Your site is indexed, but Google doesn’t consider it important enough for page one, so you’ll find it very difficult to find in results.
Dig into learning SEO, promoting your site, making it more relevant, etc. it’s a long process.
