How to set up Reverse scroll?

Hello,
Please help me if you can to figure out how to create reverse scroll.
I watched all the tutorials but were not able to figure out how to make my page to load on the bottom and while scrolling down have it scroll up instead.

Any kind of help is very much appreciated.

@Bali, please share your read-only link so we can check out how its setup right now. I think this can be achieved with the ‘While Scrolling in View’ interaction trigger
