How to restore a purchased template to the original version

Hello everyone, I’m trying to restore to the original template. I’m assuming that the only way to do so is by using the “Backup” tab. Unfortunately, with the exception of 2 recent backup points, the rest (including the original purchase date) are “greyed” out. Any advice on 1) why are many backup points are inactive and 2) how to restore to the original template? It´s not even available anymore…

I’m not aware of a way.

I always duplicate templates when I purchase them so that I have an intact reference copy.

You might check with support to see what they can do.
