How to remove #'s in url within same page with sections

Hello Webflow design community,

I’ve been trying to figure out how to remove the #'s at the end of the url from my one page (multiple sections) webflow site, but I can’t seem to figure out how to remove them. It’s really been bothering me since I want to make the url site as clean looking as possible. I’m not familiar with coding as I’ve only found guides on adding a scrollify script to the ‘Before tag’ section in order to make the scroll snap possible for my site.

Any help in removing the #'s from url would be greatly appreciated!

Those #fragments are part of the URL. They’re used for in-page navigation, when you want to link directly to a specific part of the page.

For example, your work menu item links in-page,

If you really want to find another way to achieve in-page navigation, research element click events and scrollTo or scrollIntoView.
