How to preview blog post and make that go to the full page blog?

Hi!

Curious what is the best way to preview text on a page (like a landing page of the blog) that previews recent blog posts. How can I get it so that only a preview of that text shows (like the first paragraph or less).

Also how can I make that ‘preview / list’ go to the original blog post to show the full post?

There isn’t an easy way to do that. What I suggest is to simply add another field that is the first few lines that you manually put in. Thats what I tend to do.
