The .mov file you have in embed is 762 MB, its to large to load, try to use the .mov file that I uploaded above, its about 30 mb
Ok, I added yours but I still don’t think I see it on my phone when I published it (I only used your .mov file if that plays any role)
Yes, you’re right its not playing on iPhone. At the moment I’m not sure why, maybe something changed with the codecs.
Hmm but then I went back and checked your original example and it loads it on my phone as well. Perhaps I’ve messed something up on my actual website trying to embed it?
These are definitely not the videos anymore, this is something totally different. Did the content in the link change? Either way, they sure look cool.
Hi. How this code should look like if I am storing my videos on Google drive?
At the moment it doesnt work for google drive videos with your code. Thanks
Hi, Google Drive won’t work as a public storage. You need something like Digital Ocean.
Hi. Thanks. I thought that any storage is ok as long as you can get the direct link for the video and share it for the public view (with anyone who has the link). Not sure why its not ok but anyways. Can I ask one more question? Digital Ocean link seems to be working but I am not sure if I am getting shareable link from the right place. Why there is no option for the clients to share it forewer, without time limitation. It seems like the link will expire after 7 days? Or I am missing something? Thanks
@Silverland - Take a look at Bunny.net. Has all the features needed and very good pricing IMHO. You can use the CDN or streaming depending on your requirements.
To be honest with you I dont know what is CDN and I dont even understand what websites like Digital Oceans or Bunny net are doing. At the moment they all seem too complicated to me because all I need is to upload a file, get shareable link and put it in webflow code embed element. And make this link work forever and have this service cheap or free. I dont know what other services they provide and probably will not need them in the future (except file uploading and link generation)? But I am checking Bunny net right now and will let you know how it goes
Ok. So at Bunny.net it seems to be working better - link doesnt have time limitations. So thanks for the suggestion
