How to have 2 forms with their own name has subject line send to 1 email?

Hello,

I am having a hard time understanding how to set up the form’s settings.

On my website, I currently have 2 forms. I would like to have notifications to my email of each form, but with a different subject line for each.

For example, one form is called booking form and the other general information. Is there a way to collect the form data with their respective name’s has a subject line?
