How to Enable Vertical Scroll in a Section Only on Hover?

I am working on a Webflow project and need help implementing vertical scrolling for a specific section. I want the scroll effect to activate only when the user hovers over the client list section and scrolls using their mouse. Outside of this section, the page should function normally without affecting the rest of the content.

Is there a way to achieve this using Webflow’s native settings or custom code? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You haven’t shared anything at all, I’ll assume this is maybe an image or a scrollable div?

You can likely just use a hover interaction. Depends on the exact effect you are after.
