How to edit mobile only (year 2020)

I’m trying to make my logo smaller on mobile view.
when I change the size, it changes on all the other pages. I tried combo classes, that doesn’t work. I looked through the forms, but the advice was for older versions, and no longer works.

Are you changing the size on the style panel or in the image itself!? You can’t have anything set on the settings panel. Everything needs to be done only through the style panel

Also you really need to share your read-only link for someone to be able to look into your setup

I figured it out, you cannot drag the corner of an element and resize that way.

You need to select, and then use the resizing options:
