How to delete a static home page from a purchased template : garbage icon not found

I am trying to make a one page static website and i want to use only one section of the purchased template, that is “studio one”.
But i cant delete the “home” static page. any idea ?

I recommend you don’t delete it, you might want it later.
Instead…

  • Choose the other page you want to make as a homepage, open its page settings and set it as the homepage
  • Open the settings for your original homepage, now “Old Home”, and mark it as Draft.
