I want to create a hover for a whole div block but I want only the arrow inside the div to move. How do I do it?

hi @khan_Abdul_rehman here is a short video you may find helpful to create such an effect. You may apply this effect principle to any element of your choice.
EDIT: I presume you know how to apply animation to more elements but if not here is a small help. do not forget your arrow image have to have class assigned to be able to grab it and interact with animation.
