How to click a link to a pop up of page (not actual page)

When you scroll down on this site: https://www.alexdram.com/ you see that when you click ‘Work’ another section pops up with a little animation. Is there any way to do this?

I’ve tried it a couple of ways but just did not work out and I had deleted the page off of my site. So I don’t have a read-only link to my site to work off of.

I just now found a solid answer for your question. It’s free and relatively easy to setup. Hopefully this is helpful for someone in the future.
