How to add Text Blocks as Titles near my Dropdown Toggle?

Hi ,
I am trying to add inline text-blocks (titles of my projects) close to the dropdown toggle (as shown in the picture) and on the tablet and phone versions I can’t get ALL my text blocks.
1- It is in a container with absolute positioning
2- All the dropdowns are in a 100% width div
3- The dropdowns are 100%width inline blocks
