How to add more space between text

Hi there,

I’m trying to add more space between my text boxes so that my information does not look too jumbled For example (see image below) I want to add more space between these different sections.

Also, these images are connected and I don’t know how to access the individual images to zoom in on them and fix the overlap. It won’t let me as the image doesn’t seem to be there in the background section of Designer.
