It has been a few years since I did a proper design of my website and holy cow, it’s way overdue. I have styles that have slipped, remnants of past designs, and a general cluster F* of styles and consistency after years of changes.
I’m so tempted to start fresh in a new project but I was wondering what your flow is for something like this.

Hey Jen, depends on the site.
If it’s simple content and a relatively easy CMS, then just starting fresh is often easiest.
If it’s complex content, programming, integrations, complex setups with ECom, Localization, etc. that would be difficult to migrate, then I “re-template” in-place.
If you’re wanting to use a new template, it’s a lot of copy-pasting, and redesign section-by-section, page-by-page, and then unused styles cleanup later.
