How do I get rid of black stripes around my video?

I’ve captured my screen to create a tutorial video. I hosted the video on Wistia. When I add it to my site I get black stripes on top and below the video. From what I read in the forum, you can only determine the width of the video. What should I do?

I had the same issue and my solution to that was to upload the source videos to YouTube. worked well for me :slight_smile:
