How can I specify the "from" email address in a form to appear as the sender when received

I have created forms for a website. The email field is the email address that I would like to appear as the sender when received, not the default no-reply@webforms.io

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? We organize messages based on the sender, so they all can’t be from the exact same one.

Currently, the directions in the form set up state:

Set the label of the sender of the email. Cannot contain any “:” and other special characters.
Note: the sender email address is: ‘no-reply@webforms.io’.

It is that sender email address that needs to reflect the person completing the form!

Did you ever find a solution to this? Appreciate this was 3 years ago now, but I’m facing the same issue.

Webflow does not support this. If it is a requirement for you I suggest you look at the available third-party form processors or something like Zapier.
