Hover Transition Issue on Main Navigation

Having trouble narrowing down a hover transition issue. My main navigation buttons have a background color transition set to 200ms. Looks fine in preview but when I host the site, the smooth hover is gone. Tried setting to background color only and then “all properties”. Neither seem to be working. Strange that it shows in preview mode.

About which Hover you’re talking? I cannot see any problem.
