Hover interaction on multiple elements

Hey webflowers, I have been banging my head trying to apply hover interaction to multiple elements. Basicly what I want to do is an interaction like this: Dropbox - File Deleted but I am not sure if this is the right way to approach it. Will be glad if somebody directs me how to do it.

I have tried something but it doesnt act the way it has to, as the over has to start on the card, and not per 1 element.
