Hover interaction animation shows up in final state? i am confused

So I create an interaction for some elements to do a couple of things when I hover. note, I designed it in its default initial state. while creating the animation I did set an initial state again, then hovering on it changes it to its final state. when I preview or publish my website, It shows up in its final state by default. I am lost and confused. must be a bug or I must be running mad.

I had to set a page load interaction to execute the mouse hover out interaction and return it back to default on page load.

I am designing at 1440px and " THIS IS A SMALL SAMPLE OF WORK" is the section where the hover interactions are. disable the page load interactions to see what I am talking about.

You’ve everything good, you just have to fix one thing.

On your Reset interactions, you’ve set some actions as initial state which is overwriting the styles. So you just have to remove them.
