What have I done wrong? My website is hosted through webflow and instead of the directory listing just being /mainname to show that page, it shows /mainname/page-name ?

You’ve placed all of you pages into folders. Folders create the url structure you are seeing. If you don’t want that structure then move the pages out of folders.
