I’m trying to swap out the image in my header from the three kids to a photo of a baby and his mom - hero zoom section - but it isn’t working. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

Im not sure what is going wrong i clicked the image you highlighted in your printscreen and i replaced it with the same photo and it seemed to work for me :S so hope this also works for you it doesnt seem your doing something wrong to be honest
