Set the width of Hero Image Vertical to 100% and set a custom height. Since you’re using a background image instead of an image element, you will need to adjust the positioning in the Backgrounds section in the Style panel. I recommend using an image element instead of a background image.

hi @Dbisbee another option is to use ratio it is simpler and IMO better than use fixed height. In example below I have uses 1:1 but use one that will suits to your design.
