Help with width of images in rich text

The images and captions in my rich text are scaling really small once my blog is viewed in mobile. I can figure out whats restricting the image from going 100% and why the caption is scaled down so much you cant read it. It happens with video links from youtube too. Basically any media that is within the rich text format.

Any help is appreciated.

Inspect elements in the browser dev tools to see what css rules are affecting elements. Example:
