So guys I need help with this trigger is getting me crazy
I need to have this effect: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom
I have this effect: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom
My triggers and actions are: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom
The effect is the one I want but there is one problem: when i first hover with the mouse the effect is not there. It is triggered only at the second hover. Why this is happening?
What’s wrong?
We’d need your read-only link to investigate but this simple hover shouldn’t require an interaction. You can better achieve this using the hover state property.
Looks like you need to add the “On hover-out” portion of the interaction. You only have the “On hover-on” complete. See screen grab
I might not fully understand your intentions but a css styled hover makes more sense from what I see.
Yeah sorry i forgot saying that the interaction is only on the third container - the green
I ve tried the solution you gave about css styled hover - but can’t figure out how to use it in order to achieve that
Ok, I’ve attached a couple of screen grabs. You should like this better than interactions. I find it to be much easier for small movements of an element that is its own trigger.
You can learn more about states here:
Thank you very much but I think there is something weird cause on the editing dashboard is working well as you say and on the actual published website is not (also in the preview mode is not)
The issue appears to be a conflict with interaction you have applied to the other two divs. After deleting the interaction on these two, the hover begins to work on the green one.
Olèèè it worked as you said! You are the best, thank you
