Help with Horizontal Scrolling on Mobile Please

Hello, I have been stuck on this relatively simple section with horizontal scrolling

I feel like I’ve done everything right but I just can’t figure out why won’t it work on mobile? It doesn’t scroll and instead has this massive space below on the live site (mobile view) when it looks perfectly fine on Designer.

I have been stuck at this for 2 hours and I am completely lost at this point. Please help!

If it helps, the horizontal scroll section seems to be working for less than a second before the website fully loads (on mobile). It’s after everything is loaded that it stops working. And also, there is a significant amount of overflow to the right but there’s only one overflow section and that’s turned to hide overflow (it wraps the horizontal scroll).
