Help with designing complex slider

Greetings friends,

I am a seasoned graphic designer just getting into web design and webflow. I am working on my first ever project in webflow and designed a pretty complex slider in Adobe XD that I am not sure can be executed in webflow. My question is:
Is it possible to create this type of slider in webflow(especially with no code)?

My vision is that the pointed titles are clickable and scroll through different photos.
The changing photo would be the one above the circular slider.

It looks more doable with tabs instead of slider, in Webflow you’ll need custom code to design the nav-dots to switch between sliders.
The downside in tabs is the inability to slide between the images automatically.
