Grid not stacking items correctly

Hi.
I have a grid that is one row and three columns on desktop view.
However, on the phone view, rather than stacking on top of each other from left to right, the middle part of the grid goes to the bottom.
Is there any way to alter the order of your grid on phone without changing the order on desktop?
