Grid layout shows proper in designer but not viewer

Usually, I am pretty good at figuring this out… but for some reason, my design view is not in sink with the actual view in mobile.

I have it as a grid, and in mobile view change the grid layout. When I go to preview it does not show properly the same as the editor.

Deleted elements and readded. This seemed to work. I am not sure of the original issue, but I believe it was a bug.
