Google's new strategy for podcast sites and rss structure

Not sure if anyone has worked on a website for a podcast. Can you effectively use the RSS from a Webflow Collection to host a podcast? I haven’t, but have thought about doing one for a friend as a side project. Would love if anyone on the forums has experience in podcast Webflow sites before could chime in to this discussion.

Google has announced that podcasts and episodes will start getting better treatment in search results (starting now with Android first). This makes episodes playable in the search results. Read this article to learn more about their strategy.

Here are the new guidelines for how the RSS and homepage should be setup. Is there anything in the guidelines that can’t be done?

No replies on this post? I am trying to do the same thing for myself.

I am trying to setup a blog feed first and am having trouble getting the feed to load in Feedly and I don’t want to go on until it’s fixed.

Is there any update on this? I’m trying to use Collections to make an RSS feed that will integrate nicely with Apple podcasts, but I’m currently failing. Is there a Webflow solution for RSS podcast feeds?

Just wondering if anyone has managed to do this in Webflow or any external apps?
