Getting exported webflow.js file to work w/ Next.js

I’m trying to turn my Webflow site into a Next.js React app. I have successfully changed all HTML tags to React and everything else, but the Webflow.js file doesn’t seem to work outside the box, and I don’t know what to do. Anyone have experience with this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Webflow and react(or any other library/framework) does not work together. This is because webflow exported code is not that scalable when building web apps. I have tried this for a while before and got no success. Due to the jQuery, webflow code will not be able to merge with any of the frameworks found in web apps. Better off sticking with static web pages with webflow.

You can get help from the web flow blog. It describes in detail.

I haven’t tried this, but you could export the webflow site, add it to the static folder as an HTML file in your next app. Then, create a redirect in next.config.js that points to that html file.

Could you explain this concept a bit more in depth? I’d be happy to test this out, I’m not sure how to start.
